Erhaben GmbH was established in Hamburg – with good reason:
The greater Hamburg area is a major hub of global logistics. Numerous companies do their loading and unloading, distribution and logistics out of the Port of Hamburg, Germany's largest sea port and the second-busiest port in Europe. With immediate acces to markets in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, Hamburg is home to many multinational logistics corporations doing business from here with the rest of the world. Hamburg is thus seen as a hub of the global logistics network.
Studies we have undertaken made it obvious that Germany, and especially Hamburg, are one of the world’s best possible positions to export technology to less technologically advanced countries. Therefore, from here Erhaben can play a very active role as a technology exporter, partnering up with Hamburg-based machinery and equipment manufacturers, logistics, research and training institutes, consultants as well as trading and investment companies who are interested in branching out and offering their services outside of Europe.
The company's founder, Hossein Mesghali, has a long time working experience in the planning, design and construction of international ports. Identifying possible locations for the establishment of logistics zones, assessing their potential and instigating their development as transportation hubs is one of Erhaben's key activities.
